Major, Lindsey & Africa has been retained to handle the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel - Corporate – search for the Peabody Energy. Reporting to the SVP and General Counsel - Corporate, this position will have responsibility for advising and guiding the company on complex corporate transactions and financings, driving the legal aspects of multidisciplinary special projects and addressing other corporate legal and business matters. In addition, the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel - Corporate will serve as a key manager in day-to-day operations of the Legal Department and as a leader both within the department and throughout the organization. This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a nationwide search, relocation is available.
