Seeking a Corporate/M&A Counsel to join a dynamic and growing company in Raleigh, NC. The transactional attorney will work with internal business units to drive transactions to a close. Responsibilities: -Oversee transactions of all sizes from the NDA stage through structuring/LOI, negotiation, and closing. -Work with outside counsel as necessary. -Provide insight on other matters including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and employment matters.
