Job Title: Senior Counsel, Corporate Services
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Experience: At least seven (7) years relevant legal experience, including at least five (5) years of experience in securities transactions in the United States such as private placements, preparation of disclosure documents, and equity investments. Experience negotiating complex, sensitive or high profile transactions and agreements.
Location: Arlington, VA
