TEMPORARY/PART-TIME: (PH062218A): Commercial Attorney (Procurement): An assignment ON-SITE in the "Research Triangle" in North Carolina. Immediate need. Anticipated duration 6-9 months, perhaps a year, approximately 25 hours a week. Support the client's procurement department. Need knowledge of and experience with "Indirect Spend Space" purchases.

Experience with the Medical Device or Healthcare industries would be a definite PLUS but having this is NOT "mandatory" to be considered for this assignment. Rather, PROCUREMENT experience is KEY.
Our client is seeking an attorney who can work independently, with limited direction needed. You should be a "self-starter," who works well with with legal colleagues and with executives. You should have experience working directly with clients and be comfortable doing so. You should have strong professional and communication skills.
You must have a JD, with a license to practice law in any state. Must be active and in good-standing with NO disciplinary history in ANY jurisdiction
