The Senior Counsel will advise internal clients on advertising and marketing issues, including sweepstakes and contests; draft, review, analyze and interpret promotion contracts, vendor contracts, web development contracts, and technology and content licenses; draft and review rules for sweepstakes and contests in compliance with law and company policies; and review and edit out-to-market promotion materials.
