Review, negotiate, draft, and provide legal advice on commercial agreements with hospitals, physician groups, vendors, and other parties in a manner that protects the organization's interests, limits liability and supports the attainment of overall organizational goals.

Excellent academic credentials and Juris Doctorate degree from a nationally recognized law school.
State bar license (South Carolina or other)
5+ years legal experience
2+ years health care law experience preferred but not required
