Large South Bay technology company is seeking a Corporate Associate Counsel to add to their growing team. You will have the opportunity to provide substantive legal advice on various subjects relating to the Company’s healthcare businesses, including privacy, media, technology, intellectual property, marketing, and third-party vendor and supplier contracting.
Corporate Counsel should have 3+ years of relevant experience as a licensed attorney and be barred in California. The Corporate Associate Counsel requires a background in contracts as well as demonstrated experience in due diligence and mergers and acquisitions. Experience with commercial agreements, licensing, and terms of service clauses is required. - Legal knowledge of privacy laws and regulations impacting the healthcare sector is a plus, as well as a diverse legal background and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
