Overview: This position is responsible for leading the Healthcare Compliance Program for 1) Danaher’s Diagnostics (“Dx”) Platform and 2) Beckman Coulter. The successful candidate will partner with the Dx Platform and Beckman Coulter legal teams, the Danaher compliance team and the relevant business teams to develop, implement, and maintain the Compliance Program for the platform, including implementing written policies, procedures, and standards of conduct, leading effective training programs, conducting internal monitoring and auditing, and directing investigations to respond promptly to detected offenses and undertake corrective actions.

Experience: The successful candidate will have 15+ years’ experience in a compliance role, with 5+ years’ experience managing people. Juris Doctor or Masters of Business Administration are preferred. Compliance certifications/credentials preferred. Candidates with training from a nationally-recognized law firm and strong academic credentials are strongly preferred.
Location: Brea, California.
Compensation: Competitive base, bonus, and equity commensurate with experience.
