Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Reviews solicitations, contracts and purchase orders for field service and sales offices.
Reviews and drafts supply agreements for the purchasing department.
Reviews and negotiates contracts with subcontractors.
Reviews leases and other real property agreements.
Analyzes contract requirements, special provisions and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company and business unit policy.
Communicates contract policy and practice to internal business teams and delivers standard training to field service and sales offices regarding basic legal matters and delegated authority for contract review and approval.
Prepares and works with appropriate business unit to prepare approval forms and obtain company and business unit approvals as needed.
Other duties as assigned by Legal team members.

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field; paralegal certificate; J.D. preferred.
Minimum of five years' experience as a contract manager or transactional attorney negotiating customer-related contracts and supplier-related contracts.
Ability to draft simple to moderately complex, routine and non-routine contract documents.
Good working knowledge of contract concepts, uniform commercial code and contract law.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and creativity in resolving contract issues.
Ability to prioritize and flex to meet unanticipated "rush" projects.
Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work with a wide range of personalities
