As operations grow, so does the need for supporting business roles. Our ASSOCIATE CORPORATE COUNSEL will be responsible for managing and overseeing the ReSource Pro corporate legal matters. Located in the United States, this growth-minded individual will partner with our international teams to be the gatekeeper of our contracts, corporate registrations, insurance licenses and tactical legal matters.
Manages and oversees end-to-end lifecycle of ReSource Pro service agreements; maintains integrity and accuracy of legal contracts repository and generating reports as required.
Conducts, prepares and presents audit results by compiling and analyzing internal and external data.
Supports the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures around ReSource Pro agreements.
Responsible for corporate registrations and insurance licenses with outside vendors, provides guidance related to individual licenses managed within the business. Identifies and responds to state requirements and changes for distribution to leaders for implementation.
Monitors regulatory environment relating to insurance practices, cyber security and other relative or applicable topics.
Establishes company compliance policies for individual departments and works to develop effective monitoring and reporting mechanisms for compliance purposes.
Responds a variety of miscellaneous and unique legal questions. Reviews questions for applicability of ongoing compliance need or additional collaboration with departments.

Bachelor’s degree required (finance, business, paralegal, law or other relative field of study);
Either be or be able to become a member of an American Bar Association licensing association (New York, New Jersey, Delaware or Nebraska preferred); must be in good standing in the work jurisdiction
10+ years progressive leadership roles, responsibility and experience
7+ years legal experience in the United States
5+ years legal experience with venture, private equity or similar practices in corporate/commercial law
2+ years in a multinational legal role as in-house counsel with complex and international contractual agreements is highly preferred
Experience within a BPO/BPM organization will be given preference
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, business writing in cross-functional and cultural team environments
Flexibility, agility and responsiveness to identify complex business needs and protect the company from risk and exposures
Self-motivated, driven and ability to prioritize and balance immediate and long-term priorities
Excruciatingly detailed, but results oriented problem solver
In-house experience with debt law & general business legal compliance
FCPA compliance and application knowledge
Corporate governance, emerging companies and venture capital, private equity, financial transactions and restructurings and general corporate counseling of companies at all stages of development
Effective auditing and data analysis
Experience coordinating with international teams
You’ll need the ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
