A large, publicly-traded North Carolina corporation is seeking a Securities Counsel. This attorney will manage all of the company’s securities filings, equity plan administration, and maintain corporate secretarial responsibilities.
Qualified candidates must have:
At least eight years of securities experience supporting publicly traded corporations
Experience with corporate governance and public company SEC filings
Experience providing advice and counsel on legal issues related to Delaware law and the preparation of financial disclosures
Experience drafting and reviewing amendments to governing instruments, corporate policies, and Board materials and meeting minutes
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills necessary for the timely and continuous filing of disclosure documentation with the SEC and stock exchanges
