This international Fortune 100 biopharmaceutical company that conducts research to develop innovative treatments is seeking a life sciences transactional attorney who thrives in a high-energy collaborative environment. This attorney will be the primary contact on legal agreement issues; negotiate and draft contracts in support of a biotech or pharmaceutical research organization, including license agreements, MTAs and research collaborations, development and supply agreements, funded research agreements, grant agreements, and vendor services agreements; and work closely with the business to support strategic transactions and ongoing alliances.

Qualified candidates will be a member in good standing of at least one state bar and have 5 or more years of experience negotiating and drafting relevant agreements. Exposure to international regulatory processes for pharmaceutical products; laws and regulations governing clinical trials; and relevant agreements with academic institutions or governmental entities is preferred as is a degree in life sciences or a related field.
