Litigation Attorney for a Public Interest Nonprofit needed for an initiative to promote homeownership in California. Optimal candidates should be from an ABA accredited law school, have a passion for homeownership, and have 8-10 years active litigation experience. This funded Legal Foundation will be trying to address property rights issues and increasing supply for housing in the state with an eye to increasing homeownership and affordability. The position will balance quality of life with the ability to be proactive in worthy causes. It is a salaried position with full benefits. Litigation skills a must with writing and organization skills. Background in housing and land use issues a plus. The qualified candidate will ultimately be the leader of the Foundation as it grows. No funding raising required
ABA Accredited school
Housing background or housing development a plus
Excellent legal reasoning, interpersonal and communications skills
