Company headquartered in Los Angeles seeks Senior Corporate Counsel to lead the legal department of thriving technology company.
The Counsel will be responsible for handling complex commercial agreements, including: distribution, licensing, service, SaaS, master services, non-disclosure, and platform agreements. The Counsel will also handle employment matters, due diligence, intellectual property matters, and advising senior leadership on various corporate issues.
The ideal Senior Corporate Counsel will have extensive experience with negotiating domestic and international contracts. Previous start up experience preferred.
