As part of the IGT Global Legal Department, you will work in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performance environment, helping us manage a wide range of legal and business challenges. You will support various products and business areas within IGT and you will be working for clients in IGT throughout the world.
Manage a variety of International legal matters with IGT clients and your legal colleagues across the world.
Negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including large commercial and government lottery related bids and maintain templates that comply with company policies and applicable law.
Advise senior management, business clients and legal teams on various aspects of applicable law.
Support litigation cases, IGT’s compliance policies, and regulatory investigations.
Develop expertise in a range of IGT’s offerings and build strong and effective relationships with business clients and legal colleagues throughout the world.
Law degree with strong grades.
5 to 8 years of experience in a leading law firm and/or in-house legal team.
Experience with IP, IT, data protection, M&A, out-sourcing, contract and commercial law and experience in drafting and negotiating agreements and responding to bids/RFP’s for technology and outsourcing clients.
International bid/deal experience would be an advantage, as would experience in one or more non-US jurisdictions.
Admission to practice in at least one US state jurisdiction. Additional International bar admissions or training would be advantageous.
Flexibility and willingness to work on a wide and changing variety of matters.
Team player with an infectious positive attitude and fun to be around. Calm, balanced, and precise.
