Under supervision of the General Counsel the Senior Attorney will: provide accurate, timely, business oriented legal advice to all levels of the Prime Contractor in connection with performing a U.S. Government contract; manage complex litigation; devise effective legal strategies; oversee labor and employment, ES&H, licensing and other specific areas associated with the prime contract. The Senior Attorney will manage others and work closely with senior executives of multiple corporations.
Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school.
License, in good standing, to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
A minimum of seven (7) years experience with U.S. Government contracts.
In-depth knowledge of FAR/DEARS.
Specific experience in federal procurement litigation and cost and pricing matters.
Advanced negotiation and dispute resolution experience.
A U.S. citizen willing to apply for a security clearance.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.

CB&I Project Services Group, LLC (CPSG) leads the MOX Project as a partner of Shaw AREVA MOX Services, LLC. CPSG is serving the Department of Energy (DOE) and the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) by designing, building, and operating a Mixed Oxide (MOX) Fuel Fabrication Facility at the Savannah River site in South Carolina. This facility will be a major component in the United States’ program to dispose of surplus nuclear weapon-grade plutonium.
