Our client, a major company located in the Mid-Atlantic Region, has retained us on a search for a lead innovation attorney for a very high-profile role within their organization. This lawyer will advise on digital/technology legal issues and will also lead negotiations of complex strategic partnerships. Additional responsibilities include advising senior executives on decisions involving digital products and bringing new digital solutions to market. Leadership skills and management experience are required, as are strong credentials. The ability to demonstrate experience with digital product development is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of significant in-house and top law firm experience.
