Walmart has retained Major, Lindsey & Africa on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for a Vice President, Health & Wellness Compliance - U.S. to be based at its Bentonville, AR headquarters.

Experience: This is a leadership role for someone with strong managerial skills and a desire to maintain and improve a stellar compliance function for a growing business. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience, and be a licensed attorney with a minimum of 15+ years of legal and compliance experience in healthcare, including experience in a senior in-house legal or compliance position at a large publicly traded company. He/she must have a proven track record successfully developing and managing a team of attorneys/compliance professionals. Experience within the consumer healthcare sector, including distribution, retail, managed care or specialty services, is a plus. Candidates with a pharmacy background or related practical experience are preferred, but candidates from large, complex organizations in other health sectors will also be considered.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience/competitive.
