A growing privately held company is seeking a mid-level corporate generalist to join the company's Charlotte, NC, office. The Corporate Counsel role will involve reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and litigation management. Graduation from a Top 50 law school with excellent academic credentials
At least 3 years of experience at an AmLaw100 or very well-regarded regional law firm involving transactional or litigation matters with a very strong understanding of business operations
