Global Leader in Federal Sector Management, Technology and Security Consulting Services seeks an experienced international attorney to assume a newly created role resulting from its robust and expanding international activities. The role is to serve as an international generalist and legal lead supporting all of the company’s international operations and encompasses both commercial and regulatory matters.
Substantive areas of responsibility include: global mobility/international employment (required experience), immigration, tax, and a range of corporate issues that arise when supporting a multinational corporation (e.g. export/trade, anticorruption, data privacy and contract issues).
This position is best suited to an attorney currently in-house who serves daily as the “one stop” international operations counsel. (Support from subject matter experts in specific regulatory (and regional law) areas will be provided to the attorney assuming this position.) Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this position requires the demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with business clients. The ideal candidate also will have experience supporting a company selling consulting services to foreign governments and clients, preferably in a current or prior in-house role.
