Our client, a technology driven organization based in Texas but with a true California feel, is seeking an M&A Attorney to join their growing team. If you are looking for an entrepreneurial atmosphere, filled with interesting work and great perks, and the opportunity to work for a company which describes itself as a serial acquirer, this may be the opportunity for you.
In this role, your primary focus will be on M&A activity, as the company has completed nine (9) acquisitions in the past fourteen (14) months and over fifty (50) in the last nine years. Remainder will be a mix of general corporate transactions, to include, but not limited to, corporate finance matters. You will be responsible for structuring and developing confidentiality agreements, letters of intent and bid letters. Additionally, you will work closely with outside counsel on other aspects of the transactions.
The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience, ideally some of which is in-house, strong academics and large firm experience.
