American Renal Associates (“ARA”) is seeking to fill the role of Senior Securities Counsel. Reporting to the General Counsel (and working closely with other departments, particularly finance), this role will be the day-to-day internal legal lead for for securities and financial disclosures for the Company, handle associated governance and Board procedures, as well as providing legal advice and counsel on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters. S/he will lead transactions, work independently and as part of a team, and forge close working relationships throughout the organization.

The successful candidate will hold a J.D. from a reputable law school and have 5-10+ years of legal experience. Deep knowledge of securities laws, corporate governance, and corporate secretarial matters is required. Prior large law firm and/or in-house tenure with a large public company is required.
