Overview: The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for, among other things, working closely with internal clients to resolve disputes with third parties, including those represented by outside counsel; guiding sound decision making by business leaders in the face of legal disputes or other risk areas; negotiating and drafting ordinary course of business and transactional real estate contracts; and managing litigation and outside counsel, as necessary or appropriate.

Compensation: Competitive compensation package.
Experience: At least 4-7+ years as a litigator, construction lawyer or transactional real estate lawyer. Broad litigation or transactional experience, including advising on business or legal disputes; drafting and negotiating agreements; identifying and analyzing areas of risk; and proposing and driving solutions in complex matters is required. Must have law firm or in-house experience, and sound judgment and business acumen.

Bar: Member in good standing in one or more jurisdictions.
