Bliss Lawyers is seeking commercial contracts attorneys with experience drafting procurement agreements pertaining to the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries to work in the Fairfield, CT office of a life sciences company. The ideal candidates will have two or more years of experience drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements, clinical services agreements, pharmaceutical research agreements, material transfer agreements, and other clinical or pharmaceutical contracts. The company is seeking candidates who have worked for a pharmaceutical company, hospital, academic research organization, clinical research organization, or other venues where the candidates have been exposed to a high volume of pharmaceutical-related agreements. Qualified candidates will also have knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, including the Sunshine Act, HIPAA, Stark law, Anti-Kickback statutes, 21 CFR part 312, and regulations pertaining to research and development contracts. This is a full-time, temporary role lasting approximately for a one year term that will begin in early July.
