We are looking for a superstar attorney with significant mobile app experience to work with a hot tech client in the San Francisco Bay Area. This attorney will help manage several functional areas and will require:
Significant experience with mobile apps, including product counseling;
Fluency in privacy;
Experience in commercial contracts; and
Experience as a commercial litigator.
Minimum of 7 years prior legal experience; ideally both at a large law firm and in-house;
Experience advising in-house legal departments on a variety of mobile app issues;
Hands-on commercial litigation experience including discovery and managing outside counsel; and
MUST be a member in good standing with the State Bar of California (RIHC status is not currently accepted).
This role will be full-time for candidates with all required experience.
