Firm Advice has a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level attorney to join a boutique international firm and be seconded to their high-tech company’s office in Herndon, VA. The selected attorney will work on-site for this corporation and will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including technology, licensing and cloud agreements, as well as commercial real estate finance agreements, leases and acquisitions of office space/data centers. The job entails a broad range of responsibilities and significant independence in representing this client and managing the work. Hours are flexible and some telecommuting is also possible.
JD and member of at least one US bar;
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate, including financing, leasing and acquisitions AND/OR technology transactions;
Experience with data center/colocation services a plus;
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple contracts; and
Candidate must be a self-starter with excellent communication and analytical skills.
