This Fortune 100 Company at the forefront of technology seeks an attorney to support its internet registry services business on all compliance matters, but will train on the technology-related aspects of the role. This attorney will have the chance to provide daily advice; create and implement internal and customer-facing policies concerning compliance with its generic top-level domains (gTLD) registry agreements and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers’ (ICANN) policies; manage inquiries, notices, and audit requests and the Company’s responses; and oversee the implementation of applicable regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience in specialized IT contracts, the Domain Name System (DNS) space, ICANN, online enforcement and domain names are a plus, but are NOT required!
