Overview: The Corporate Counsel will report to Verimatrix’s General Counsel and will be responsible for working with global business partners and management to ensure agreements are consistent with business goals and corporate policies. The role will focus on drafting, revising, negotiating, reviewing and finalizing a variety of licensing and service agreements with customers, resellers, technology partners, vendors, and consultants.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. The package includes base salary and competitive benefits.
Experience: At least five years of legal experience with a focus on working with licensing agreements. Industry expertise working with technology or video content is preferred. Candidates with international contracts experience are preferred.
Location: San Diego, CA.
Relocation: Local candidates are preferred, but relocation candidates will be considered.
