In this role, you will be engaged in reviewing, drafting, revising and negotiating commercial contracts, in particular, those related to energy commodity transactions (including ISDA’s, NAESBs, EEIs, master agreements, etc.). You will have interface with more senior legal counsel and coordinate with the contract administration team.
The successful candidate will have a JD and 2-5 years of experience working with commodity agreements in the energy sector.
