In this ERISA Counsel role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice for all aspects of U.S. employee benefits and compensation programs and activities with a particular focus on welfare benefits, including but not limited to, design, administration, litigation support, claims and appeals, income taxation, and tax/law compliance. You will be responsible for keeping abreast of proposed changes to the law and analyze the potential effects. Additionally, you will work with third party administrators on drafting and negotiating contract terms.
The successful candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, a minimum of seven (7) years of experience and a focus on the aforementioned matters.
