Publicly traded company is expanding and is seeking a privacy and compliance officer to join its team in Orlando, Florida. This is a senior district level position. Privacy and compliance attorney will have 7+ years experience in managing a comprehensive privacy and compliance program. This attorney will be responsible for overseeing the company’s privacy and compliance program related to safeguarding employee, customer and corporate information pursuant to legal, regulatory and accreditation requirements that govern privacy. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of privacy and compliance experience. A combination of large law firm experience and in-house experience is strongly preferred. Top academic credentials are also required. A background in the hospitality or real estate field is highly preferred. Attorney can be a member of the Bar in any state, Florida candidates preferred.
