A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position, JD/MBA/CPA/CIA or other relevant advanced degree or certification is required. 8 plus years' experience as a legal or compliance professional with a minimum 5 years' experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is required for this position. You should have experience with healthcare program laws including Anti- Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Civil Monetary Penalty Law. 3 plus years' experience with Medicare and Medicaid Services are required for this position.
