Director of Compliance-Healthcare Our client, a leading healthcare provider is looking for a 8 plus years Healthcare Compliance Director to support the Compliance team. You will be reporting to the Senor Compliance Director and lead the compliance team to set policies and procedures with compliance. You will be supporting the day to day compliance procedures and compliance training for multiple business units for all the employees nationwide. Bachelor’s degree required; JD/MBA/CHC/CPA or other relevant advanced degree or certification required; 8 plus years’ experience as a legal or compliance professional responsible for the development, implementation and/or sustaining of an effective compliance program; 2 plus years’ experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries dealing with federal healthcare program laws including, but not limited to Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act and Civil Monetary Penalty Law and CMS regulations; strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated attention to detail; A superior people manager, expert at selecting, managing, and maximizing direct reports and team; and demonstrated executive level presentation experience is required.
