Parker + Lynch Legal’s client, a national leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking an attorney to join its in-house legal team in the Denver area. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel and have a busy and diverse practice involving a full range of regulatory issues and matters affecting professional entities in the healthcare industry.
This is an exciting opportunity in that the attorney in this role will regularly interface and develop relationships with business managers, executives, clients and other legal professionals across the organization. This individual will serve in a key leadership role. In addition, the role will involve being up to date on applicable laws and regulations affecting the healthcare industry, e.g., federal and state fraud, waste and abuse laws, Medicare and Medicaid requirements and reimbursement, and privacy and security, regularly providing advice and counsel, contracting, and conducting regulatory diligence associated with healthcare transactions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant legal experience and regulatory background in the healthcare industry.
