Our client is seeking a true securities specialist who will be providing advice and counsel on corporate issues with an emphasis on SEC reporting and compliance with the NYSE. A key component of your role will entail drafting and reviewing proxy statements,10-Ks,10-Qs and 8-Ks, Section 16 reporting, capital markets offerings, etc., as well as and providing counsel with respect to disclosure and governance matters. Additionally you will be engaged in various corporate secretarial duties in preparing for Board and Committee meetings as well as handling shareholder proposals.
