Overview: Global Payments Inc. seeks an experienced attorney to join its legal team in Pittsburgh to handle a variety of corporate and compliance matters. This attorney initially will have primary responsibility for supporting the company’s ECSI Business Unit in Pittsburgh (management and servicing of student debt), and the role later will expand to support additional business units as well. The position is part of a collegial team of attorneys, and reports to the Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel.

Experience: The successful candidate will hold a J.D. from a top-tier law school and have 5-7+ years of legal experience handling a variety of transactional and compliance matters. Formative experience working as a corporate generalist for an Am Law 100 firm is required, and prior in-house tenure is preferred.

Bar: Member in good standing of at least one State bar.
