Reporting directly to the President for EMCOR Industrial Services (“EIS”) and indirectly to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for EMCOR Group, the Divisional General Counsel – EIS is responsible for preparing, negotiating, revising and assessing commercial construction contracts and general corporate agreements, managing litigation, providing general business counseling to EIS’ President and other members of the leadership team, and developing and implementing legal processes and procedures for the business.
