Overview: DFC’s General Counsel is a key member of the Executive Committee and will report to the Group Chief Executive Officer. This position will serve as head of the global department responsible for the provision of internal and external legal services for DFC.

Location: Malvern, PA (45 minutes from downtown Philadelphia)
Experience: 10+ years of legal experience in broadly defined financial services, litigation and regulatory environments, including ideally, a combination of top-tier law firm training and senior-level in-house counsel positions of increasing scope and responsibility with a world-class global financial services institution(s) or global organization(s). The successful candidate will be highly experienced in leading corporate transactions, debt financings and contract negotiations and possess a strong knowledge of consumer-oriented financial services, industry rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Relos: Regional candidates (Northeast and Mid-Atlantic) are preferred, but relos are welcome.
