A major e-commerce and cloud computing company is seeking a Corporate Compliance Counsel for its WA office. The candidate must have 7 years of experience, preferably 3 of which is in-house, conducting regulatory and compliance work. The Counsel will be responsible for in-house ethics and compliance, internal investigations, code of conduct, as well as training and online training of individuals. The Counsel will also monitor and track compliance developments and goals, as well as work with the auditing and fraud group. Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required. Experience at a technology company is highly preferred.
