Overview: Under the direction of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for EMCOR Construction Services (“ECS”) the Assistant General Counsel – ECS prepares, revises and assesses commercial construction contracts for a nationwide group of electrical and mechanical operating companies with annual revenues of $3.5+ billion.
Location: McLean, VA
Compensation: Competitive base and bonus.
Experience: 10+ years of experience practicing construction law, with a focus on construction litigation, obtained at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal setting.
Travel: As needed. Approximately 20%, with more travel in the first year as the successful candidate visits ECS sites and meets business leaders.
