Overview: As a member of MIT’s Office of the General Counsel, the Counsel – Intellectual Property will support MIT’s many activities that generate intellectual property, advise on critical matters of intellectual property law and policy, and draft and negotiate agreements related to intellectual property in a research university setting. This position reports directly to the Vice President and General Counsel.
