A rapidly growing privately held company is looking to add a M&A Counsel to their team in Orlando, FL, that involves managing mergers and acquisitions. The M&A Counsel will work closely with the Senior Acquisitions Counsel and will independently manage a high volume of M&A deals ranging from $5M to $6M in purchase price, so this is a fantastic opportunity for an M&A attorney interested in taking on very high-level work early on in your legal career.
Ideal candidates will have:
At least two years of experience with a large law firm focused on M&A transactions, including direct experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating acquisition documents
A J.D. from a well-established law school and license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
The ability to work autonomously with little supervision in a high-volume environment
