EBMS has retained Major, Lindsey & Africa on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for a Director of Legal Affairs to be located in either its Billings, Montana headquarters or Denver, Colorado location. EBMS is an equal opportunity employer.
Overview: The Director of Legal Affairs will be the senior most member of the legal team at EBMS. S/he will be responsible for overseeing the legal efforts of the company regarding contracts, transactional and corporate matters, advising on healthcare law and policy, as well as serving as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
Experience: The successful candidate will have at least six years’ experience with healthcare law and general corporate law gained at a law firm followed by an in-house legal role.
Location: Billings, MT OR Denver, CO.
