This is a great growth opportunity for a smart transactional attorney who wants to work in a collegial environment at a large and fast growing company in the payments industry. The candidate will draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including direct customer agreements for various products and services and service provider agreements, as well as engage with internal resources to resolve day-to-day legal issues.
The position primarily involves transactional work related to commercial contracts, but may also involve regulatory compliance, claims and many other subjects that arise in a business.
