Overview: Reporting to the Vice President & Associate General Counsel, the IP Counsel will develop and implement strategies to protect the Company’s trademarks, patents, and copyrights as well as advise on other general IP matters. The IP Counsel will provide oversight to trademark paralegals and staff as well as lead cross-functional project teams as needed.

Experience: 6-10+ years of professional experience managing trademark, patent, and copyright portfolios in either a law firm or in-house legal department. Experience working with apparel and/or retail companies strongly preferred. JD from an accredited law school and a current and active member in good standing of a U.S. state and/or federal bar association.
