Position Overview: The Deputy General Counsel/Chief Counsel, Conflicts position oversees all of the conflicts issues (both legal and business) that arise in connection with the review and acceptance of FTI’s client engagements.
Experience: 15+ years of broad based legal experience, with AmLaw 100 law firm training required. Sophisticated litigation experience preferred. Partnership experience strongly desired.
Compensation: Highly competitive base and bonus.
