Position Overview: NPR seeks an attorney with a passion for its mission, an interest in the media industry, and 3 to 7 years of experience in trademark counseling, prosecution and enforcement, copyright law and music licensing, and commercial contracts. Experience: The ideal candidate will have law firm experience providing legal advice on some or all of the following: copyright and trademark law; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional agreements, including content, music, and other copyright licensing agreements, program acquisition and distribution agreements, technology licensing agreements, live event agreements, and other commercial contracts; regulatory compliance and advocacy; corporate governance; nonprofit tax; and legislation.
