TEMPORARY/FULL-TIME. (FL0217) A top-notch specialty retailer on Florida’s Atlantic coast, with an international presence, continues to seek an experienced transactional attorney. Prefer 5-10 years of international transactional, retail, experience, in-house preferred. The attorney would be working within the legal department, dealing with many regulations arising from within in each country where the client does business.
You MUST be fluent in Spanish. You MUST have experience in international markets within a corporation.
Our client expects the attorney to be flexible enough to engage in occasional international calls. Prefers someone with solid “front line” experience working successfully with clients. Must be sharp, yet also have a team personality that enables you to work well with colleagues and clients _and prospective clients_ in an engaging, professional and respectful manner. Must have excellent communication skills and desire a proactive, take-charge work manner.
