Experience with patent preparation and prosecution, patent and trademark portfolio management and strategy, and development
Strong understanding of cost-effective, business-centric IP protection and enforcement strategies
Experience negotiating IP license and cross license agreements

Active member in good standing in the MA bar
Admission to USPTO a plus
The responsibilities for this role will include:
Draft, negotiate and review intellectual property related agreements, and support other agreements from the intellectual property perspective (CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, license agreements, consulting agreements, clinical trial agreements, ISRs, grants, etc.)
Draft and implement policies, processes and best practices to minimize risk and achieve objectives
Maintain a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment and an innovative approach to legal issues in support of strategic business initiatives
Minimize contract, business, strategic and legal risks to the organization
