Overview: The Counsel will support Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ corporate development and other departments in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, collaborations, in-licenses and out-licenses involving pharmaceutical products and technology, divestitures and other strategic transactions. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, the Counsel will work closely with other members of the legal and compliance department, and colleagues in corporate development, finance, tax, alliance management and various business units and operational functions.
